For the beautiful 2D animated movie 'Best Birthday Ever', based on the popular German 'Karlchen' books by Rotraut Susanne Berner, I held the title of Layout Supervisor. This meant managing a small team of layout artists to translate the existing storyboards into working layouts (for both the internal animation team, as well as the external background painting teams). Because the team was small, I was still able to contribute many layouts myself.
